When a premium hotel in Bhilai approached us, they were paying high commissions to booking portals like MakeMyTrip and Booking.com. They wanted a custom website where guests could view rooms and book directly without middle-man fees.
The Discovery Phase We analyzed their competitors and found that most local hotels had slow, template-based websites with confusing navigation. We decided to build a clean, high-speed Next.js application focused entirely on speed and high-quality room photos.
The Results By custom-coding the frontend, optimizing room layout queries, and setting up a WhatsApp reservation system, the hotel saw an instant increase in direct inquiries. Within two weeks of launch, direct booking revenue doubled, saving them thousands in platform commissions.
